Man. Silverfish (a type of bug) are like... attracted to my curtains. I can't go more than a month without seeing at least one clinging to the vast expanse of my curtains. It's creepy! I mean... there's no logical reason that I can think of for them to be up there. Damn bug...

AUGH! I'm pissed right now. I want to log on to the Sims 2 Exchange so I can download crap, but I need an account first. Easy eh? But nooo! Apparently our copy of the Sims 2 is already registered, which means I can't register it! So I don't know WHO it's registered to, or under what name, or e-mail address, or password, all I know is that I can't get an account and I can't find out what the hell the game IS registered to. Bloody hell!

Why is it that the chair-by-the-window will stay unnoccupied for hours on end while I'm doing something else, but as soon as I actually want to sit there, someone else has taken it? Rargh! I don't want read anywhere else, it is warm and bright there. Injustice I say!

Alright, in event of a Zombie Apocalypse (of the slow, stupid type), my plan is no longer to take over a fire station, but my highschool.
Seriously though! Not only is it EXTREMELY close to my house, but the place seems damn secure. Heavy metal doors with small/no windows that can be locked (and later welded shut or have lockers moved in front of them), all the downstairs windows have these thick metal grates over them, and there's even a little square of outside area in the center of the school where you could grow food! Yay! Not to mention the cafeteria probably has some crap stored up... And also, above our auditorium are apparently a bunch of catwalks (makes sense) only accesible through one door in a small room. It's perfect!
Now all I have to do is created an Emergency Zombpocalypse Kit full of food and water and like... a camping kit and toiletries and stuff! And hope that my friend who has hunting rifles (and also lives close to our school) makes it there. Mwahahaha!
...um. This is of course, in the unlikely event that there IS ever a Zombpocalypse... but yeah. >_> <_<
Hm... though I guess I have to figure out what to do with my pets. I mean, the dog and cat should be easy enough... maybe even the rabbit... but my fish? CURSE YOU ZOMBIES!

I have lost all hope in life... I went through just fucking much just to get something done. I made sure that the thing was properly saved! But then, what is this? It's not there? Okay... looking over a link thing on childfree I find THIS:
"Meanwhile, I frequent a coffee shop where I would sometimes bring my baby (while she was sleeping) to enjoy a drink and a magazine. One day, the person at the next couple had a (well behaved) puppy. Another regular, whom I did not know by name, but I know to be childless, walked over to our section, clearly saw the baby and the puppy, and said, "Oh, how cute!" directed to the dog owner. They then entered into a discussion about age, breed, etc. My baby, besides being very cute as well, is a freakin' person!
I now hate this woman (whom I still see every few days at the coffeehouse) with a white-hot passion completely out of proportion to the alleged slight."
I'm sorry, but this is one of the stupidest things I've heard in awhile. Like, really, what is this person just expecting that everyone should be in awe of their child? I'm sorry, but yeah, your kid ain't special, there's plenty of them, and yeah, babies < puppies in terms of cuteness. In fact, a lot of babies are downright ugly. Two, there are people who aren't comfortable around babies. Three, going up to a person and going "Oooh, what an adorable little muffin!" is actually treating a baby as subhuman really, you don't see me go up to your spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend and go 'Oh, how cute/pretty/hot!' so why should anyone do that for your baby? Besides, you can pet a strange dog, but who's going to go and say "Aw, how cute, can I hold your baby?" You can interact with puppies, babies will only like blow spit bubbles and flail or start crying. Eck.

Random grammar tic! The use of 'shouldn't of' in place of 'shouldn't have'. I KNOW that with the slang of today they sound the same... but it is still a big no-no in Lio-thinking. It shouldst be 'shouldn't've' or such, at least!

My tablet is to be worshipped. WORSHIPPED DAMMIT! So far I have traced one thing, with fairly good results, drawn two things, one of which was okay and a random doodle the other being PRETTY DAMN SHIBBAY! (in my mind anyhoo...) Still needs be colored though. And the last (though technically I did it AFORE the shibby drawing...) is a doodle I did in Math class (I feel so dirty!), scanned, then traced and editted using tablet. Yeah...it happens to be non-graphic Yami n' Yugi gettin'-it-on-ness...*cough* Tis posted at the Yaoi Hotel. I need more places to post artwork...>_> <_<
And yus, that picture inspired the creation of SexFiend!Yugi or summat...name courtesy of our perverted neighbourhood pimp, Sazza! ^_^ He's gonna star in a ficcy. Well, not star exactly...but will be in one...fun. Yami'll never know what hit him... *cough*

I had a couple of half-nightmares last night. -_-; First was me n' my family were in a plane and there was a Tornado or summat and it crashed and I was the only survivor and I was like... in my house afterwards and refusing to cry until I knew for sure my family was dead or summat...
Then there was one where my bestfriend's yard became infested with spiders...and not just little ones! Nuuu...there was this fricken' huge grey and hairy thing that was about the length of my outstretched fingers tips to my elbow. So we hurried inside, but 'pparently Christine (me friend) had gotten bitton or summat cause she was all sick/woozy-like...so we leave ta take her to the hospital...Or start. It takes us FOREVER ta get there...and tis like, at somepoint these HUMONGOUS white spiders had popped into existence. The female was bloody big enough to tilt the fricken bush-thing over. *grumbles* But yeah. Nothing really HAPPENED in the dream...it just sorta...was. Damn giant spiders...I thing the big white ones went off somewhere taking the bush, and a creepy two-headed lizard thing with a big tongue moved in...
But! I also had like...demi-prophetic things. At one point I asked what day (schoolwise)it was answered Day 3, which it is. Dream also told me at one point about a manga by B-chan having been updated... which one was, though the dream said twas like...pg 26 of Claimed (that'd be nifty) as opposed to the Lesson 3 that actually was updated...but STILL. Heh.
Time for school. I go. O'breysa!

Wouldn'tcha know it, Lio-ling has survived her first hurricane ever, whoo! A wonderful little category two hurricane named Juan, the first one experienced by Nova Scotia in 40 years! Yipee skippy! When twas said 'A hurricane cometh!' nobody really took it serious or anywhut, plenty o' hurricanes head up here but they almost always veer off or downgrade to tropical storms or such...*shruggs* Was a right kick in the pants, hoi.
But I shpose we did pretty well over all... we only lost a tree (but it was our prettiest tree! The great fluffy maple that hid us from the neighbours. ;_;) and electricity at about 12:00 the night of the storm...for 121 fricken hours! We were without power from Sunday at midnight to 1:00 AM Saturday morning... -_-; Ah well, as mum said (often) 'At least we have water.' And lots of candles and flashlights, a wood stove, a Coleman's stove, and friends that got power sooner than us (like, on Tuesday!). On the other hand, our BBQ fell over during the storm and broke, but twas okay 'cause it was old and we were gonna replace it anyways...
Amusing happenings:
-One of our willow branches (a big one) broke off, and apparently flew over the roof to land in our front garden. It amused me.
-Though a tree broke in the back yard, the little potted plants in the front didn't even fall over.
-The little lamp on the back of our garage did NOT break or fall off, but instead was twisted sideways. It looks silly.
-We used to have these two huge cement patio blocks, but we had one removed and filled it with soil. After the hurricane we have a supreme downpour of Ultimate DOOom, and the soil there just soaked the water right up. So I come around the corner and I just happen to step on the very corner of the square and SHOOMP! I sink immediately in up to the ankle. 'Course I pulled out right away, but my shoe was just like...a lump of mud. It was funny.
*ponders* Yuuup... our little street thing was nearly blocked off by one HUGE maple, the thing had to have been both taller AND wider than a house that took down a power line on one side, and on the other, two more large trees, another maple and a willow (which snapped a line). All three were uprooted, rather than snapped over like ours was... but the smaller maple took half the lone with it! Twas like a grassy throw rug draped over the roots, it actually dragged along a bush!
One of my mom's friends... now she lost an oak. HUGE thing, trunk that would take to people to encircle... Now IT got TWISTED right off, sheared right off the roots, hit the house (didn't break any windows thankfully) fell on their car, and then into the road...Meef.
I spent the first few days hauling wood and branches about, mostly at my best friend's house. They lost two trees, both quite a bit larger than our own, so there was a lot of work to do... Thankfully her dad had a chainsaw and agreed to help us with the stump, 'cause MY dad was in ENGLAND for all of it! Heh. He got back on Friday...
Ah well. I DID get to miss school for a week. Though my highschool remained COMPLETELY unharmed so I must go back tomorrow... -_-; The community college on the hill above lost half its roof.
At least two people died (one being a paramedic who's ambulance got hit by a tree) during the storm, and I think s'more died in fires caused by candles and I think an apartment building collapsed (no deaths there I dun think...), but overall, we're okay. Yuuup...
